This is not an email help service. Please do not email asking questions on removing trojans. Although I would love to help everyone who was infected with trojans, the amount of email I recieve makes this task humanely impossible. If you need help please post in our forums

We encourage people to send us trojans so we can analyse them and add them to our database. We have a specific protocol for dealing with trojan submissions. Trojans have to be compressed using a popular compression program eg winzip, gzip, winrar, rar for linux etc and they must labeled with the trojan name plus the word infected eg subseven.infected.zip if you do not know the trojan name just name it possible.trojan.zip.

At the moment we are only interested in trojans and worms, we have no interest in viruses so please refrain from sending these to us. Please email your trojan submissions to
